Refund policy for SyncPost

Subscriptions to SyncPost are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your SyncPost account.

Refund Policy

By subscribing to and using SyncPost's services, you agree to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that you waive any cooling-off rights or right of withdrawal that may apply. This means that once the service provision has begun, you cannot cancel the contract and request a refund.

Payments for SyncPost subscriptions are not refundable.

If you are looking to cancel your subscription before your next payment date, please login to your account, go to the dashboard and select Billing -> Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.
